Arabic calligraphy small gifts start at AED 50 for a calligraphy mug and AED 60 for a rolled A3 calligraphy paint, both made to order in 5–7 working days. Delivery anywhere in the UAE is a flat AED 25 per order for décor such as mugs, and AED 50 per order for wall art. Here is what stays under the line, sorted by who it is for.
For the coffee lover
A 330 ml white ceramic mug carrying one line of Ruq'ah calligraphy is AED 50. «الحبّ من أول رشفة» ("love at first sip") plays on love at first sight; «صباح القهوة» ("a coffee morning") suits the colleague who says nothing before the first cup. The calligraphy is printed into the glaze and the handle is kept clear. All ten sayings are in the mugs collection, each AED 50.
To put a name or your own line on it instead, open Mashq Studio, write the words, choose a script and see the mug in 3D before you order. The Calligraphy Mug in your own words is also AED 50.
For a host, or a new home
A single mabkhara censer is AED 85, and a set of three is AED 195: beige or black acrylic, in an arabesque or a rounded design, each about 10 cm on every side, with a metal holder inside. It is a gift the host uses the week it arrives, when the guests come. If bakhoor is new to the person you are buying for, our guide to the mabkhara explains how it is used.
For the table, a napkin holder in an arabesque or a Wissam-letter design is AED 60, and a glass jar with a geometric lid is AED 75 in the medium size, for dates or nuts on the majlis table.

For a graduate or a new office
A calligraphy paint is a classical design printed on cotton canvas in our workshop. As a rolled A3 canvas it is AED 60, ready for the recipient's own framer. «العلم نور» ("knowledge is light") is two words knotted together in Diwani, the proverb every Arab classroom knows; you can also write it yourself, free, in Mashq Studio and change the colours. For a new office, «الله ولي التوفيق» ("God is the One who grants success") in Thuluth is AED 60 on the same terms. Framed by hand, an A4 paint is AED 90, so a framed piece still fits under the line; framed at A3 it is AED 100.
For a newborn
A baby's first letter, set large in Naskh or Kufi, is the Arabic Letter Poster, AED 60 as a rolled A3 canvas. The whole name in Diwani, Thuluth or Nastaliq is Your Name in Arabic Calligraphy, AED 75 as a rolled A3 canvas. We send you the rendered name on WhatsApp to confirm the spelling before anything is printed. For more name ideas, read Personalised Arabic name gifts.
For Ramadan and Eid
A Ramadan Kareem dates box, rectangular or square, in white, black, pink or beige, is AED 75. The Eid Saeed box is AED 95. Both are décor, so they travel at the AED 25 rate.
What it costs delivered
Delivery is charged once per order, not per piece, and there is no free-delivery threshold. A mug delivered in the UAE comes to AED 75. Add gift wrapping, AED 20 per order, and it is AED 95, still under 100. A rolled paint delivered in the UAE comes to AED 110, because wall art travels at AED 50. The gift wrap comes with a card carrying your message, and the card never shows the price; we can deliver straight to the recipient. Outside the UAE, Worldwide Express, at the shipping rate shown at checkout, delivered within 8 days.

Quick answers
Is delivery included in the price? No. UAE delivery is a flat AED 25 per order for décor (mugs, trays, tissue boxes, boxes and jars) and AED 50 per order for wall art (paints, prints and name pieces). There is no free-delivery threshold.
How long does it take? Every piece is made to order in 5–7 working days, then delivered. Outside the UAE, Worldwide Express, at the shipping rate shown at checkout, within 8 days.
Can I change the words? Yes, on the mugs and the paints: open the design in Mashq Studio, write your own line and order it. A piece in your own words is made for you and cannot be returned, so check the spelling before you order.
Not sure which one? Tell us the occasion and the budget on WhatsApp and we will suggest two or three pieces.
