Volume pricing is one ladder, worked per item line (a piece in one size, at its own quantity): 10% off at 10–24 pieces, 12.5% at 25–49 and 15% at 50 or more; the dallah and delivery are never discounted, and UAE delivery is one flat fee per order (AED 25 for décor, AED 50 for wall art). Send the quantity, the pieces and the date on WhatsApp or by email, and we confirm the price and the delivery date in writing.

What to put in the first message
Five lines, and we can price it without a second exchange:
- How many pieces.
- Which pieces — or give us a budget per gift and we will suggest.
- The occasion, and the date you need them in hand.
- Engraving — a logo, an Arabic name, or none. Send a logo as a vector (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG has to be redrawn before it can be engraved.
- Where in the UAE they are going — one address, or many.

Your company's name in calligraphy
Four samples, each with a made-up name, set in Mashq Studio the way your company's name would be: Thuluth for a flowing, formal line, Kufi for an upright, modern one. A real company's name or mark is only ever set with that company's consent.
What we put in writing before you commit: the price per piece at your quantity, the production time for that quantity, and the delivery date. Volume pricing is published and is the same on the quotation and at checkout: 10% off at 10–24 pieces (code MASHQ-VOL10), 12.5% at 25–49 (MASHQ-VOL12) and 15% at 50 or more (MASHQ-VOL15). On a quotation the discount is worked on each item line at its own quantity; at checkout the code counts the pieces in the cart. The dallah and delivery are never discounted. Delivery is one flat fee per order across the UAE, whatever the quantity: AED 50 for wall art, AED 25 for décor.
The calendar: when the purchase order must arrive
A company run is produced in 10–14 working days from approval of the artwork and receipt of payment, plus two courier days. For the seasons companies give on, the last day for the purchase order and payment is therefore:
- UAE National Day (Wednesday 2 December 2026) — delivered by Thursday 26 November; purchase order and payment by Tuesday 3 November. The National Day sets →

A purchase order received after the date is re-dated: delivery before the occasion is no longer promised. Hijri dates are the expected ones; the moon sighting can move a day.
Questions companies ask
How long does a company run take? 10–14 working days from approval of the artwork and receipt of payment, for runs up to about 600 pieces; a larger run is quoted with its own date. The delivery date is confirmed in writing when payment is received.
Is there a minimum order? No: a single piece is bought on the store. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces, and the written quotation states the price at your quantity.
What artwork do you need? A logo as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF); a JPEG or PNG is redrawn first. Names come as a list, one per line, and the spelling is confirmed in writing before anything is cut or printed. You see the artwork within 48 hours of the purchase order, composed in Mashq Studio.
How are we quoted and invoiced? You receive a numbered quotation (MQ-Q-…) with its validity date, the price per piece at your quantity and the delivery date. On payment, 1click2open LLC issues the invoice.
How is payment made? In full in advance: by bank transfer against your purchase order, or by a card payment link. Production starts on receipt of payment. No cash or cheque.
Can pieces be returned? Pieces are made to order and are not returned for a change of mind. A piece that arrives damaged is replaced: send a photo on receipt — what to send.
Do you have spec sheets for designers and procurement? Yes: the dimensions, materials, fire note (acrylic is not fire-rated) and lead times of 16 décor pieces, one page each — The Calligraphy Gallery spec sheets (PDF, English).
