If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery: we make it again and send it at our cost, or refund you in full if it cannot be remade. If we deliver the wrong piece, tell us within 24 hours with a photo: we send the right one and collect the wrong one.

Yes, free of charge, within 12 hours of ordering — message us on WhatsApp or at connect@mashq.ae. After that your piece is being made, and the order can’t be cancelled or changed.
▸ How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfibre is best) and lukewarm water or a little mild soap, in straight lines. No ammonia glass cleaner, no scouring pad, no paper towel: acrylic scratches more easily than glass. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat — a stove, a heater — which can warp it.
