How we get the name. Write it — in Arabic or in English letters — under “Order instructions” in your cart before you check out, or send it to us on WhatsApp after you order. We send you the composed name to confirm the spelling before anything is cut, and production takes 5–7 working days after you confirm. You can change or cancel free of charge until you confirm the spelling, or within 12 hours of ordering, whichever is later.
The same name in another script: your name in Diwani, Thuluth or Nastaliq, framed A3 — AED 185, or AED 75 on rolled canvas.
Personalised, so it cannot be returned. A piece carrying your name or your words cannot be resold, so it is not eligible for return or exchange — which is why we confirm the spelling with you first. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Where it sits. At 33 × 23 cm it is a desk and shelf piece: on an office desk, a bookshelf or a bedside table, or hung among other small frames. The square Kufic composition reads as a pattern first and as a name second, which suits a study, an office or a teenager’s room.

▸ How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfibre is best) and lukewarm water or a little mild soap, in straight lines. No ammonia glass cleaner, no scouring pad, no paper towel: acrylic scratches more easily than glass. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat — a stove, a heater — which can warp it.
